I've been having a play with Drupal recently (http://www.drupal.org/)

I've been pretty impressed so far - it seems fairly feature-rich, there
are heaps of third-party modules available, and the documentation on
drupal.org is really good. It's also packaged for debian and available
through apt, which was the main reason I installed it in the first
place. :P
