[wellylug] Video adapter for USB?

I have a laptop, and a proprietary PCMCIA card + proprietary tuner that
makes it a video monitor/TV.  Works great.

The company has been absorbed, the drivers are for Windows 95 & 98 only,
and nothing further may be expected.  Lengthy reverse engineering might
help, but I haven't that much spare time.

I've noticed video/TV adapters that connect via the USB port.  Does
anyone know of one that has support in GNU/Linux?
