Browsing some hardware sites, I just found Anandtech have a Linux section, Toms
has some Linux articles... generally in the last year (pretty much since our
last installfest, which obviously stimulated a huge uptake in Linux world wide
:-) there seems to have been a significant increase in mainstream sites
discussing & supporting desktop Linux. 


May be of interest, esp for some of the 32/64 bit benchmarks.

Some comments on the A64 & Linux in an interview with a MS VP you may or may
