Well, the GNOME all-in-one is called Rhythmbox.  It's pretty decent,
similar to amaroK, without the bloat.

I truly prefer XMMS myself, with a nicely organized MP3 partition.  I
*always* organise it by

/mp3/artist/album/XX-songname.mp3
