In what way is it "brave" to attend a users group of an OS that they
have determined to kill by any and all means?

Remember - Micro$oft's senior management is on record for having
deliberately lied to its own staff. Also, its staff are restricted by
their employment contracts to what they can and cannot say about its own
software or the software of their competition.

As for the LUGs, we know that Linux comfortably occupies the high moral
ground. We know that the GPL will keep our OS free. We have confidence
that the future of Linux is bright and confident.
