Hello
TV cards are a nightmare... if you record sound via your soundcard and
frames with TV card you will end up with some delays between frames and
audio. Best thing is actually to get a digital converter trough firewire
(Canopus ADVC 300 which is doing color stabilisation on the fly).
You end up with DV files, but at least you can rely on that.
