I would like to see a presentation on how to set up your own (Internet
connected) mail server. I sure with all of the expertise out there someone
can do this.

I am thinking about setting up my own mail server but there are no doubt a
lot of "gotchas" that it would be good to know about first - esp. with
respect to spam and virus control (as well as ensuring you don't run an
open mail relay etc.).

For me it would have to be at the JellyLUG meeting as I can't make the
City ones.
