I have a two port USB 2.0 Cardbus card I got from a nice fellow who imports 
and sells PC gear here in Wellington.  If you want, I'll email you his 
website/contact info etc.

I plug it in and it JustWorks(tm).

Gentoo, kernel 2.6.11.  It goes through the standard ehci modules (USB 2).
