FWIW, the Wellylug archives account for less than 2% of my spam (based
on the spam in my spamtrap over the last copule of weeks; approximately
2000 messages). Probably significantly less considering over 50
spam message a day are getting through to my main mailbox at present
(50*14 = 700).[0]

If the !Cabal wants to make some decision to:
(a) carry on as we are; or
(b) not have mailing list archives; or
(c) password protect the mailing list archives; or
(d) do something else

then I'll see what I can do about implementing it. The suggestion (from
someone previously) that I modify the mailing list archives so that they
don't contain email addresses is officially Too Hard (tm). (Mailman
already obfuscates email addresses in most things it displays, but
can't do anything about email addresses in the body of the messages.)

[0] I can tell this because I use this email address solely on Wellylug posts.
