Michael Dittmer asked about Koha some time ago.  Have a look at 
http://admin.rtlb.ac.nz:8000 for work in progress.  About a months part 
time work in loading the data.  It is due for an upgrade to Koha 2.2.3

This has been done with more expertise than I can muster .  It is 
running on Fedora Core 3.
