I forgot to mention that while the player is OSS, you need a 
closed-source binary X driver to get it to work, only available for 
Fedora/Mandrake/SuSE. It's on viaarena in the drivers section.

There's an open source 'lite' version without DVD decryption, I believe 
you should blame the RIAA for stupidity.
