[wellylug] Announce release IPCop v1.4.3/v1.4.4

Can we all agree that posting complete changelogs etc. by themselves is 
not the best thing to do on this list, and if new products are released, 
please post such information as contextual information in a discussion?

I doubt anybody would object if the post was about someones actual 
experience with buiding linux firewalls, or a question asking if anybody 
else had experience with ipcop -  and the fact that a new version of 
ipcop was released was contained in it.

I, personally don't much want to see 'release notices' on the WellyLUG 
list - theres plenty of sites such as freshmeat.net that cater for this.
