Hi all.

I've got an ASUS A2500D laptop with integrated Broadcom wireless
adapter. The laptop dual boots Debian Sid and that other OS. I've been
able to get most things going except for the wireless adapter. I know
Broadcom don't support Linux and have instead attempted to implement an
ndiswrapper solution. Everything seems to go okay except that the
wireless adapter won't turn on. I can configure the interface using
iwconfig but when I try to bring it up the wireless light on the front
on the laptop remains unlit and the dhcp client times out. My questions:

Has anyone else succeeded in getting one of these suckers going ?
Is there a command turn on/off the adapter under linux?

I'm still searching for an answer but so far I'm coming up blank :(

Rob
