I get international SMTP traffic on my cable connection and I have a
motorola. I know because I get e-mails from both Microsoft and RedHat and a
few others also.

Regards

tcl block inbound smtp internationally for the ranges on the motorolas.

easiest way around it is to get someone to do secondary mx for you
nationally. They relay international mail to your cable mailboxes.

The only risk then is your secondary stmp host getting pummelled by spam as
spammers tend to target secondaries as they usually have no knowledge of
local users.
