I'm assuming EXT3, since on reiserfs it doesn't make much sense to ask :P
(80*1000*1000)/4, since HD makers use base-10 and ext uses 4kb blocks
by default. Google claims that's 20 000 000. Of course, it'll be
smaller because of superblock taking up space and various things like
that. On a 200GB disk I lost something like 5GB of space to the
superblocks with 4kb inode sizes....
