I've also been using Flexbackup for a year or so. It is very good, but 
needs some support from additional scripts in order to apply your 
policy for backup rotation. If left to its own devices, it will just 
continue to back up data and fill the target directory over a series of 
days/weeks/months. Very good and easy to configure though.
