The headers I get on your message follow at the end of this message.
Note that the time offset changes from -1200 to +1200 somewhere
between the last step on your machine and the first step at ihug.
You could check with ihug to make sure it's not their problem. If
not, its probably in your sendmail daemon (it is sendmail?). A
problem like this was noted in Sendmail, and might be fixable using a
config file in your version:
CONFIG: Set confTIME_ZONE to USE_TZ in submit.mc (TimeZoneSpec= in
submit.cf) to use $TZ for time stamps. This is a compromise
to allow for the proper time zone on systems where the
default results in misleading time stamps. That is, syslog
time stamps and Date headers on submitted mail will use the
user's $TZ setting. Problem noted by Mark Roth of the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, solution proposed
by Neil Rickert of Northern Illinois University.
I don't use sendmail, so I don't know exactly how you would go about
making the change in submit.mc and recompiling it, but perhaps other
luggers will know.
Best of luck.
Partial headers follow...
