Did you look at the headers on Jethro's posts? I just looked 
at the headers on your post and it appears that you sent it 
off at 8:16am this morning, and it got here at 8:55. Looking 
further at my headers, it sat in one of my ISP's servers for 
30 minutes which is reasonable since I pick up my email only 
every hour. It took about 6 minutes to travel from one of 
Paradise's server to another before exiting Paradise on its 
way out from you to synagogue.naos.co.nz where it spent only 
seconds before travelling on.

In short, it is nothing to do with the list. The delays are 
elsewhere.
