thanks Tony & Jamie,
unfortunally I still can't get the normal user to be able to mount it,
and I get the message:
------------------------
cannot mount on /mnt/jessie-music: Operation not permitted
smbmnt failed: 1
-------------------------
It seems to occur with other filesystems too. CDROM & floppy work fine,
but I tried using SHFS, which I just found - really cool, lets you
'mount' a ssh connection and use it like a file system!
However, I get the same message, when I try to mount as a normal user.
I've tried giving smbmnt and mount chmod +s, but it doesn't fix it. :-(.
any ideas?
