Yes.
Short version is that if you can ping the IP but not browse to it, and can
browse everywhere else, the problems likely within the webserver itself.
I can access the URL fine so if it was their-side, its gone now...
PS: to expand on what Jamie said, Apache Virtual Hosts are the means by
which the server differentiates between 'Give me the website on 1.2.3.4'
and 'Give me the website known as my.web.site.address on your IP'.
Thus allowing multiple websites to be hosted on the same IP, thus Virtual
Hosting.
