There are a few changes to TelstraClear's Cable (Paradise or Clear) 
plans that may impact your ISO downloading habits.

First off they have introduced new plans as follows...

Phone and HighSpeed 200 MB    PhoneLine + HighSpeed Internet 2 Mbps and 
200 MB/mth    $ 61.90*
Phone and HighSpeed 1G            PhoneLine + HighSpeed Internet 2Mbps 
and 1GB/mth    $ 71.90*
Phone and HighSpeed 4G            PhoneLine + HighSpeed Internet 2Mbps 
and 4GB/mth    $ 81.90*
Phone and HighSpeed 10G          PhoneLine + HighSpeed Internet 2Mbps 
and 10GB/mth    $ 101.90*
Phone and LightSpeed 10G         PhoneLine + HighSpeed Internet 10Mbps 
and 10GB/mth    $ 131.90*
Phone and LightSpeed 20G         PhoneLine + HighSpeed Internet 10Mbps 
and 20GB/mth    $ 171.90*
* Cable Modem is included in the above prices for high speed internet 
packages

However there is no longer the 1/10 split for National vs International 
traffic (so using any mirrors on Telstra or their local peers is no 
longer going to save you traffic).

Apparently there will also no longer be any traffic free servers like 
http://debian.paradise.net.nz/

Also for those hosting anything, when I changed back up to Lightspeed 
(10Mbps) I had to get a new IP address
