Yeah, it did take them a while. But they seem to have gone somewhat
overboard even then.

National traffic will be rated equal to international traffic, *as will

So in essence, any mirrors they host will become obsolete (you're not
going to gain any benefit using their mirror, so you may aswell use a
more up to date source), and two, if you want to know how much data
you've used. You pay for the usage 'to check your usage!'. How generous
of them.
As for myself I think I'll be trying to stick to my current plan. If
they try force a change, I'm looking for a new ISP, preferably one
that's still peered, and is prepared to differentiate traffic.
