[wellylug] Tiger theme available for Webmin

Hi,
I've put together a Tiger-like theme for Webmin as I felt that whilst  
the idea of Webmin is nice all the interfaces for it look really  
ugly. The theme includes an AJAX search tool, drop-down menus and a  
completely new graphics based on the Crystal iconset from KDE.

I will be continuing to develop it with more icons and formatting  
refinements but in my next spare time project I'll be trying to put  
together an integrated theme for phpMyAdmin.
