[wellylug] Jabberd on Debian

Hi All

We have a Jabberd server running on our Debian box here at work and we
are using the Exodus client.

Does anyone know how when a new user creates an account on the server,
the user will automatically get All Users preexisting on the server
added to their Contact List? The server is only assessible internally on
the network.
