Sounds like a Mac in disguise  :)

I don't use the right mouse button much in Fluxbox, but you probably do 
need it (you can move windows, resize with ALT/CTRL + mouse drag) for a 
few things (you can bind the menu to a key).

If you are up to the task, you could write a simple (?) program using 
the XTEST extension to modify the mouse behaviour such that a held key 
combo + left click is translated into a right click. I did a similar yet 
different thing with my switchscreen utility that allows you to warp the 
mouse pointer between different screens in a multi-head config using 
just the keyboard. See here for inspiration:

(I am not 100% sure such a method will work, but it might be worth
