[wellylug] Hardware build "Sanity check"

I had a friend of mine sanity check the build last night. We stripped of
the HSF, cleaned it and the CPU of thermal paste, applied new paste and
reattached the HSF.
Had made a 1' difference to the temperature reading and as the HSF is
only slightly warm to the touch we can now be almost certain that it is
just the sensors that are way off.
The machine is stable and no components are hot to the touch so I guess
I will just keep it running how it is.
