up2date can be set to automatically download and apply patches.
If you have lots of money, RedHat Satellite or Proxy servers can be useful
-- Proxy helps cut down on bandwidth, and Satellite is effectively an
RHN clone, with lots of neat features.
yum would be a good bet for your own repository (unless you've got lots
of money, and are using Satellite).
You might also want to investigate cfengine for managing config files
from a central location; that normally becomes a win after you have 5-10
systems in the same network.
