[wellylug] New Webmin theme

Hi,
I like the concept of web based server management but Webmin by  
itself is just so ugly I can't stand using it.
So to fix my own problem I am almost finished a OSX Tiger'esque theme  
for Webmin/Usermin.
It should be finished sometime next week.
