I apologize for this extremely OT message but I don't have Chris's or Carl's e-mail address.

To Chris: (not Chris H, the other Chris)
I think it was you who set up my laptop last night. (correct me if I'm wrong) I think I forgot to ask you whether or not your hands  and clothes were all dry during setting up the laptop. This may sound like  a very strange question but I have a big phobia of people getting my laptop and other equipment wet. Don't worry, if your hands and/or clothes were wet (or damp) I won't go berserk at you, I just want to know for sure one way or another.

To Carl:
I forgot to ask you whether your hands and clothes were all dry when you were helping me with mplayer. (read what I've said to Chris)
