[wellylug] Wellylug IRC Channel

hi all,

for those of you who use wellylug's IRC channel, you can actually use
the "irc.wellylug.org.nz" address, rather than the old
"irc.sitharus.com" address.

Donald informed me of this, so I've updated the website. It is better to
use this address for the reasons detailed in his email (attached).
