Best guess is that mailman got confused by some of the wording near the
top of the message, and decided to "play it safe".  The "administrivia"
it means are things unsubscribe requests which sometimes get mistakenly
sent to the wrong address.  Off hand I can't see what it's objecting to
in particular.

I've approved the post in question (at least I assume it's the post in
question), since it appears clear that mailman was confused.

However in future it'd be appreciated if such requests could be made off
list, directly to the list admins (eg,
wellylug-owner at lists.wellylug.org.nz).
