Cliff,

I've had good luck with Explore2FS in thee past.  It does work under
XP, but it's not a full-time driver.  It's nice for transferring stuff
offa yer linux partitions to your windows installs, and you can put it
away (exit the app) when you're done.  It's free, and works with ext2
as well as ext3 partitions.
