Thought I had gone away? :)

I have a couple of questions, can someone please look at this
site and suggest what I need to view it please?
When the page opens just click on any picture of an aircraft to view the
video and when the new page opens it says I need a plugin.

Also as some of you may know there is now google.com maps
and there is a link to them called 'smaps' on the Trademe site
but I cannot see any maps. I just get a blank grey box
and no error message. Could anyone please suggest what
I might need for the maps?
