Yes. I have port forwarding for TCP/UDP enabled on a (non-standard) port: 22488.
Azureus is configured to use this port.

That's what I meant with 
"Download Ratio, DHT and NAT are all green"

They are all smiling. I guess port forwarding etc
is set up OK since I get a large number of connections.
The port tester returns an OK.
