Happy New year all

I'm feeling a little smug this morning as I just got NTP working on 
both Linux and W2K using the same ubuntu time server.

Very simple really:

For Linux, just download and install the package ntp-simple (easy for 
Ubuntu users)

For W2K, you need to edit:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters
and add the key  NtpServer with a  value of: ntp.ubuntulinux.org

To update, I added a scheduled tasks that runs "w32tm - once"  every day.
