Trash Palace at the Porirua Landfill entrance will take them, if they 
aren't completely broken. Otherwise there's a non-organic drop-off point 
just across the road.

I found it difficult to recycle my old computer bits when I moved, to be 
honest. A lot of places just didn't want them.
