Hi Brent,

Can you please not reply to a message to start a new thread? It really
stuffs up threaded browsing, with 2 notable consequences in this case:

1. I was skimming fairly fast over the linuxconf stuff, and nearly
missed your GIS posts which are of interest to me
2. I now want to file away the linuxconf thread, but leave your posts
for later reference - but I can't just select the block, because yours
are in the middle of it.

It would also break the flow of the thread, if I was reading it
thoroughly.

There are no doubt other good reasons too.
