Gnumeric can handle larger files, but IIRC the upper limit depends on a
#define; you might need to recompile the code for larger files.

To echo an earlier poster, once people have that much raw data it's
generally more effective to use a database. OO Database and MS Access
are popular for people coming from the spreadsheet world.
