Hello

Can anyone provide newbie advice about how to import photos from a
Fujifilm FinePix S5600 camera into gThumb Image Viewer under Ubuntu 5.04
(Hoary)? The camera is not listed on the gThumb list. I tried
selecting the Finepix S7000 (PictBridge mode) option, but got the
following error message:

"An error occurred in the io-library ('Bad parameters'): Could not find
USB device (vendor 0x4cb, product 0x142). Make sure this device is
connected to the computer." [The camera was connected to the
computer].

Ideally, I'd like to be able to plug the camera into the USB port,
Ubuntu to detect it, and then open gThumb automatically so I can import
photos.

Thanks

Joseph
