[wellylug] where to find developers

Hi all

Can anyone suggest where I'd find a contract Python developer? I'm getting so 
busy that it's spoiling my time playing with cool things like Ubuntu and Erlang. 
I tried one body shop, but they though I must be referring to some new Microsoft 
product code-named Python :) (Not quite true, but you get the idea that they 
weren't really thinking in the open source/Linux area).

I'm not sure if this is the sort of question that normally goes to this list, so 
please don't nail my head to a coffee table if I've transgressed some unwritten 
rule of the group.
