[wellylug] VNC Question

When starting an xdm Xvnc Server (see below for config string) and 
then launching the windows VNC client (TightVNC and Vnc-4) am 
presented with small handkerchief of a window. (640 x 480).

:1 local /usr/bin/Xvnc :1 -geometry 1280x1024 -depth 32 -desktop vt7

Have played with the -geometry settings but to no avail.

Just wondered if there was something I could do to to be able to 
capture a much larger window via the VNC Client i.e. a genuine 1024x768 screen.
