It is something to do with how Outlook handles PGP signed emails. I 
understand that there is a configuration setting on Outlook that can make 
it behave sensibly.

I have a friend who used to have the same problems with emails when I sign 
them.

He changed the setting and suddenly was able to read emails normally.

Come to think of it it's something to do with reading the HTML version of 
email by default.

Fix that and you'll fix your problem.
