Resisting the urge to quote a rather less than PC google reference,

NZNOG is the New Zealand Network Operators Group.

They have a website @ www.nznog.org and a mailing list presence focussed
on NZ Network Operators, mainly being ISPs and Internet
Wholesalers/carriers and other service providers. Strong Network
Operational Focus.  Theyve been having yearly conferences since 2002 which
are usually good value for those with some involvement in computer
networking in the corporate or internet-service environments.
