Take out ALL the modules at once to verify if it really is the modules
causing the problem. If that solves it, the best way would really to
just remove them one-by-one until you find the suspect module.

I had a problem with my 64bit Athlon, where cpu frequency scaling would
crash the system, a couple of seconds after it is started, making it
look like something else was the problem. (both Ubuntu and CentOS have
this effect on me).

Check if CPU frequency scaling is started before the crash. If so, try
disabling that and see what happens.
