Your assumption is correct, it is meant to be a router/firewall, however
with no access to the net from this box, it's a bit of a showstopper. As
noted before, both network cards are good. Can ping the LAN side of this box
from the other PCs ok. Cannot ping the WAN side network card (or beyond)
And it used to work so well, although slowly, on dial-up, dammit!
