[wellylug] GPG-Crypter by one Jethro Carr ..

I've just installed GPG-Crypter, a front-end for GPG by a certain
Jethro Carr. It was a simple install ('make') after some messing around
to find the correct gpgme dependency (libgpgme11 & libgpgme11-dev in
Deb). Specifying it would mean accomodating every *nix flavour.

Presumably, it needs root privileges for use.
