Hello,

interesting question. I hope I understand it correctly. I think you want
to build a virtual desktop using two or more physical devices (graphic
cards, displays/monitors).

The idea is to use two or more graphics adapters (using a notebook one
graphics card is enough)  and displays/monitors to build one large
virtual desktop spread over a range of physical displays/monitors.

I've already seen such virtual desktops with eight physical
displays/monitors.
