Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper just to get a standalone Linksys/ 
DLink ADSL unit and forward any ports through to IPCop?
Reselling/giving away a standalone ADSL unit is easier too.

I don't know of any benefits of running an internal ADSL card but I'm  
happy to be proven wrong...
