Sorry ,it is not a IRQ number,it is a INTRLV number on the memory board for
each slot.and also each slot has a label on it like j1,j2.
I don't know much about the server machine.so I have no idea what it does
meant .I couldn't find that information from the manual book

What sort of crazy machine assigns IRQs to RAM? RAM doesn't need them.
