sudo apt-get remove evolution
sudo apt-get install thunderbird

:-)

Seriously though, try printing them from another app like Thunderbird or 
Kontact. If that works okay you probably have a (nother) Evolution bug. 
Honestly, I am still waiting for the day I use evolution and it doesn't 
crash or do something odd.
